MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Wow – The Holiday season is upon us. I don’t know about all of you but the year has flown by for
us.
Here is what is new and happening with Montana Red Angus. Our new president, Kay Klompien, has us
reorganized and the year started off with a bang. We had a reorganizational meeting a couple of
weeks ago, she gave us our assignments and we are looking forward to the New Year.
This year we are going to have regional meetings. It is my understanding that you used to do this
and we are going to do it again. Each one of the board members has a different area around the
state. They will be contacting you about a meeting in the near future. Our goal is to encourage
new members, new ideas and educate our members on what is new within the state and on the national
level.

I am putting out a call for help. On December 11th and 12th will be having a booth at the Montana
Stockgrowers again this year. I would like to have some volunteers for minding the booth. If any
of you are interested in this please just e-mail and let me know. I will be happy to set the
booth up and have it ready to go. If someone would take a shift on Friday afternoon and on
Saturday it would be great. I was hoping to have enough volunteers to divide our days up with
one shift in the afternoon on Friday and 2 shifts on Saturday. SO PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks
